Terry, Mark and the team at MTM Motors were great right from the get go. After seeing a car of interest on AutoTrader I rang with some questions and to see if it was still available. I had my questions answered in detail right away and there was not a hint of any pushy sale tactics etc. We put a refundable deposit on the car to hold it and set a date to travel down to see it. Took the car for a test drive and was really pleased with the condition of the car. It had been valeted well and the purchase process was easy and smooth. After a couple of weeks a minor issue came up on the car so I contacted MTM and they paid for it to be resolved without question which really impressed me. Highly recommended and they will be the first place I check when next looking for a car.

Very rare you find a good car dealer these days, but MTM is certainly one of them. Bought a lovely Volvo S80 in January. The most prominent mark of a good dealer: some small issues arose with a few components shortly after sale (something the dealer could not have mitigated against, or could have known about pre-sale) and the issues were rectified at once without question. That's how it's done.

Bought a Land Rover Discovery sport and a Mercedes SLK from this Garage in 2019 . The Mercedes engine failed a few months later and they rebuilt engine with no charge and delivered back to me it probably cost them more than the warranty covered. From previous experience its rare to find a Garage that has this integrity and hope to buy from they again
